I have purchased a Delonghi/ Kenwood/ Braun appliance recently. How can I get the service?

“Orient” has the exclusive authorised sales and service distributorship for Delonghi, Kenwood and Braun products in India. All products sold by Orient have “Orient warranty card”. You may contact on helpline number 1800 103 7574 and our customer care representative will help you with your request. Our Service associate will validate product warranty by verifying purchase invoice and warranty card mentioned above.

I have a Delonghi/ Kenwood/ Braun product, but I do not have Orient warranty card, will I get the service?

If you do not have Orient warranty card, then your product will be treated as out of warranty product and thus service will be provided on chargeable basis. Our Service Engineer will visit your home to verify the defect and serviceability. Since these products are not sold by us, we will have to confirm spare parts’ availability which might result delay in providing service. Further, there are few products which have been discontinued by the Brand and spare parts might not be available. In such cases, visit charges will still be charged.

I have purchased my product outside India, is my product covered under warranty?

No, this product is not covered under warranty in India.

I have purchased my product outside India, can I get it serviced in India?

Yes, please contact on toll free number 1800 103 7574 for service and our customer care representative will arrange visit of a technician. Our technician will inform repair possibility and repair estimate after inspection of product. Visit charge will be applicable in case repair estimate is not approved by the customer or the product is non-repairable. Wherever, the product is confirmed as repairable and spare parts are required to be imported from the manufacturer, customer will be required to make advance payment for such spare parts.

Do I need to carry the product to Service Centre for service?

No, technician will carry out the repair on site. In case the product is required to be carried to the workshop, same will be arranged by authorised service centre. In such cases, transportation charges will be charged extra for pick up and drop of the product from customer’s premises. Transportation charges will be informed by the service technician and same can be verified by contacting on our customer helpline number 18001037574.

I have purchased Delonghi/ Kenwood/ Braun product in India but it does not have “Orient Warranty Card”, is it a genuine product?

We may not be able to comment on the genuineness of the product, but we have exclusive distribution rights and would always recommend only to buy products with “Orient Warranty Card” to get hassle free warranty service.

I have purchased my product which is with Orient Warranty Card from one city and now I am shifting to a new city, will my warranty remain valid?

Yes, we have a Pan India Service Network.

Do I need to handover the defective part to the service technician?

If the product is within valid warranty and no charges have been collected against the spare part, such parts should be returned. If it is out of warranty service and money has been charged against the replaced part, do not return the spare part.
