Building Future leaders of Orient Electric

FLOE is an integrated one-year leadership development programme for a select group of dedicated and competent employees from across the various departments within Orient Electric.

The programme aims to hone their skills and prepare them to take over leadership positions in the near future.

This programme is one of the key aspects of Orient Electric's plans to create a leadership pipeline with a focus on talent building, career planning and individual development. The participating members go through various leadership development interventions such as corporate behavioural coaching, mentoring by senior management, and customized skill-development programmes.
